Starting pay range $17-19 per hour based on experience plus commission. 

The Sales Account Manager is the hub of our sales department. This person works with our current customers, prospecting clients, discontinued customers, and other networking opportunities to coordinate and streamline the sales process from beginning to end. We take pride in having an extensive customer base so finding new opportunities is always a breeze. This will be a fast-paced work environment in a casual yet performance-oriented office. You will be a vital member of a thriving team that gauges success in terms of excellent service, outstanding numbers, and how much FUN we can have doing it.

Essential Functions & Duties :

  • Reach out to existing and prospective residential and commercial clients to generate sales, via phone;
  • Email Prospecting and developing new sales leads;
  • Completing the customer sales journey from prospect to closed sale including development of proposals, completing agreements, calculating prices, and collecting payment at point of sale;
  • Contacting customers after service is performed to ensure satisfaction and develop additional prospects or referrals;
  • Make outbound sales calls;
  • Answer inbound sales calls;
  • Follow up on proposals and leads;
  • Schedule sales inspection appointments and re-service tickets;
  • Participate in home shows and community events as a means of building the Nozzle Nolen brand, creating relationships, and generating leads;
  • Interact with customers/prospects via social media marketing, email follow-ups, email marketing and text related campaigns as a means of driving customer loyalty and engagement;
  • Perform other job duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

Qualifications


REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • 2-5 years of sales experience or prior sales training is highly desired
  • Highly motivated, have a strong work ethic and enjoy the selling process
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency to win (for self, team, and customer)
  • Effectively organizes own work and gets things done on a timely basis
  • The ability to make sound and effective decisions in keeping in company vales
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Basic computer skills. i.e.: Microsoft Office Applications, handheld devices, smartphones, iPads
  • Goal oriented with the desire to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales metrics

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (Preferred, not required)
  • Sales Experience: minimum of 2 years 
  • Customer Service: minimum of 2 years

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Satisfactory completion of Nozzle Nolen Orientation & Training
  • Completion of additional training identified by Supervisor or Human Resources.
  • Attend monthly coaching sessions and product trainings as assigned by manager.
  • Attend sales and personal development training (as provided)

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds

Schedule:

  • Mon-Fri 9am 5:00 pm; Select Saturdays, 8am-12pm (2 Saturdays per month) with variance based on peak times and staffing needs.
